“New Year, New Look”

Often when the festivities have passed and the New Year is upon us we find ourselves looking for a change, something to brighten our spirit through the winter months. The decorations are no longer and you feel you would like to give your room a new lease of life!!

This can be achieved easily by making small changes which make a real impact and completely change the look of the room. Your sofa could be transformed by just changing the scatter cushions for example.

Go for a textured feel with tartan & wool to give that cosy curl up by the fire mood or why not be daring and add a strong accent, like aubergine, lime or fuchsia pink to really make a bold statement. If you feel more comfortable with a neutral pallet why not introduce some pattern and mix with textures like metallic and leather to create an eclectic look.

Should you wish to continue the theme why not add a quirky occasional chair or an upholstered stool which in a cleverly chosen fabric can also transform the interior.

A little change can be all it takes to make a big difference!!
